Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

  • Orders will typically be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. This excludes Bank Holidays.

* Working days: Monday - Friday

Postage Charges & Methods: 

  • Postage charges are calculated in relation to the size and weight of the Cornish Gift Box, including the postage packaging required. 

Delivery:

  • An Tresor Co. will use the courier DHL
  • 24 Hour Delivery Within Cornwall 
  • 48-72 Hours Delivery Outside Of Cornwall

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are in addition to our processing time of 3-5 working days. 
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. An Tresor Co. has no control over the courier's delivery schedule and cannot be held responsible for delays.

Delivery Area & Restrictions:

  • United Kingdom delivery only.

Order Tracking:

  • Every delivery includes tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email after placing your order.
  • Tracking can be accessed through the link provided in your confirmation email and/or text confirmation or by entering your tracking number directly on the DHL website.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels:

  • If your An Tresor Co. order arrives damaged, is lost or goes missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. While An Tresor Co. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.

Delivery Responsibility:

  • Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.
  • An Tresor Co. is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • We will, however, always do our best to support you in resolving delivery issues with the courier.

Peak Season Delays:

  • Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, delivery times may take longer than usual.
  • We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment during these peak seasons.
