Sourcing Gift Boxes
Our bespoke gift boxes are sourced from a reputable UK company that uses sustainable materials and processes to create their products. Packaging materials are also ordered from the same company, enabling us to make one order which reduces carbon emissions. It's even better if delivery vans used are electric.
Local Suppliers
Cornish Food & Drink
We work with suppliers who share our values and prioritise the impact they have on our environment. From sourcing ethical supply chains to packaging that is biodegradable, compostable and recyclable. We strive to continue to work with like minded businesses. Sourcing locally means we also get to support other Cornish businesses.
Packaging
Postal Packaging
Fragile items are wrapped in a recyclable paper hive wrap to ensure safe delivery, rather than plastic alternatives. The gift box is packaged in a cardboard box that is then taped with paper tape and paper fragile tape. We're continuously improving our environmentally friendly packaging. In orders that have additional products for clients that aren'r included in the gift box, we re-use packaging peanuts from our suppliers to protect the box and the clients product. We strive to create a circular approach to packaging materials.
Logistics
Local Courier
Working with local suppliers doesn't stop at the products. An Tresor Co. works with Taurus Logistics, who take the upmost care when handling our fragile gift boxes. Their fleet also consist of electric vehicles, reducing emissions when collecting and delivering parcels. Where possible, we will send out multiple gift boxes on the same day to minimise having several collections a week for low quantities.
Recipient
Conscious Consumption & Disposal
An Tresor Co. takes pride in its practices that have a positive impact on the environment and we want our clients and their recipients to join us in making a difference. The products packaging explains what the packaging is made from and how recipients can correctly dispose of them.
