A Guide on How to Place an Order for An Tresor Co's Christmas Gifting.
There are a few ways you can place an order with An Tresor Co:
If ordering via our website, simply browse our Christmas collection, select your gift box/es and proceed to checkout.
If you require multiple deliveries addresses, you can still checkout via our website, but please ensure you contact us to provide us with delivery information beforehand.
If you require different addresses, for different recipients, please contact us via our contact form or at antresorco@gmail.com
To make ordering as seamless as possible, we have an address spreadsheet we can send to you to complete.
For client confidentiality, we ask when returning the spreadsheet, please ensure it is password protected. We will guide you on how to provide us with the password.
Some of our Christmas gift boxes have product variants, providing you with the option to add products or choose flavours that best suit your recipient.
All gift boxes come with a Christmas note, at no extra cost, which can have a personalised message of up to 250 characters.
For this message, you may want to add this to the spreadsheet or submit a template when placing an order that can be tailored to each recipient.
When placing an order, An Tresor Co. will collect requested delivery dates from your order or via the multiple address spreadsheet.
We ask you choose a time period of two to three days, to account for any unexpected delays that may occur during peak season.
All gift box deliveries are tracked and tracking information can be provided to the recipient.
Once dispatched, gift boxes will be delivered in 24-72 hours depending on their location*.
*Please note, deliveries take place during Monday to Friday. T&C's apply

For orders placed before Tuesday 1st December 2026, please contact us within 48 hours of placing an order.

We ask all customers to request a 2-3 day timeframe for their preferred gift box/es delivery.
Once dispatched from An Tresor Co. deliveries may take 24-72 hours, depending on the location of delivery.
All gift boxes are delivered by DHL & Taurus Logistics.
Yes, we will send you an update when your order is out for delivery and when the gift boxes have been delivered successfully.
All fragile items are wrapped in a protective layer of hive wrap and supported by the shredded paper.
Individual postal boxes have a double layer of protection for safe delivery.
